Tour & tasting at Domaine du Lendemain

Domaine du Lendemain extends over 12 hectares at the foot of the Pyrenees, on the clay-limestone slopes of the Aspres. I grow heritage grape varieties of Northern Catalonia — Grenache, Carignan, Lledoner pelut — following demanding biodynamic viticulture. My background as an herbalist taught me to read the vine differently: to listen to what the surrounding plants tell us about the soil, the climate and the balances to be found.

During the tour, I take you between the rows to show you the day-to-day work: the very old vines saved from being uprooted, the edible hedgerows we are replanting, the willow, nettle and horsetail teas that replace synthetic products here. You will understand how the lunar rhythm guides our work and why each cuvée bears a name borrowed from herbal medicine.

The tasting is relaxed, built around four wines chosen to tell the story of the vintage. Native yeasts, gravity-fed winemaking, gentle ageing: these are wines that take their time. What I offer here is not a parade of labels — it is a shared moment, at the scale of an ecosystem.
